BellyQ

1400 West Randolph Street

Chef Bill Kim’s Pan Asian restaurant is purposefully monochromatic and sparse, so for a touch of nature and pop of green, we designed and installed a floor-to-ceiling moss wall, hiding near the back of the space at the end of a lone hallway. Subtle lighting rimming the edge of the work gives off a glow to deepen the dimension. A similar moss application was installed in the private dining room via an eye-level border spanning the room with random explosions of glass-encased moss throughout the space.
