Graham Elliot
217 West Huron Street
Locally blown glass “tripod globes” were turned into preserved tabletop terrariums for each dining table, with a large version for the circular Chef’s Table. Wall-mounted globes, display cases and hanging room divider terrariums (constructed by Bottle & Branch partner B Line Design, complete with internal lighting) were filled with similar materials: lichen-covered branches, various mosses, grasses, geodes, porcupine quills and various feathers.
