Bottle & Branch offers our own take on the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) with our Weekly Flower Subscriptions. Each week spring through fall you will receive a bouquet of seasonal locally grown blooms and foliage, sourced either from our own Fox River Flower Farm or from nearby Midwestern flower farms we love and support. In winter, we'll source as much as we can from year-round flower farmers and supplement. These hand-tied bouquets are delivered directly to your door via contactless delivery on Fridays or Saturdays.

Subscriptions are available in 4-week, 8-week and 12-week increments, and with two levels of bouquets: classic and premium, with the latter being larger and inclusive of a few additional premium blooms. You can pause your subscription anytime or have delivered to a friend in your place.
